Refund policy

What’s your return policy?
We generally don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at customerservice@puppetregime.tv. Because our products are made to order and we do not keep inventory, orders refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs charges are not considered standard returns and are generally not eligible for a refund.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at customerservice@puppetregime.tv with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at customerservice@puppetregime.tv within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In this case, the buyer pays the return shipping costs.
